Cairo is the capital of Egypt and it welcomes a great number of international visitors every day who come to explore the incredible Muhammad Ali Mosque, Egyptian Museum, The Great Pyramids, and The Sphinx. Additionally, you will find a great pleasure visiting Karnak Temple and the tombs of the Valley of Kings. 1- Visit Abu Simbel Temples

Firstly, when in Egypt, make sure to see the Abu Simbel temples. They are two popular massive rock temples in Abu Simbel, which is a town in Egypt’s Nubia area. These magnificent structures are dedicated to Pharaoh Ramses II and his legendary wife, Nefertari. Burckhardt, a well-known Swiss adventurer, found these remarkable sand-covered temples. These Abu Simbel Temples may be seen on the beaches of the magnificent Lake Nasser. They are known to be a part of a UNESCO effort to rescue them from increasing lake level of water

2- Enjoy a Seafood Dish at Alexandria

Enjoy discovering Alexandria, a popular port city in the country with a Mediterranean climate. Its Mediterranean shore is its source of all types of ultimately delicious seafood. For a sample of local seafood cuisine in Alexandria, visit any of Egypt’s famed seafood franchises, such as Balbaa, Kadoura, and Samakmak. Here, French colonial architecture and pleasantly Greek influences coexist together. Greco-Roman relics can be seen here. Explore the crowded yet stunning sandy beaches and spectacular buildings in this area. Visit the Qaitbay Citadel, which is today regarded as a fantastic museum. Don’t miss the amazing Roman Amphitheatre’s mosaics or the contemporary Bibliotecha. Follow the corniche for a walk.

3- Enjoy the Good Company of the Nubians at Aswan

Since ancient times, it has been a well-known trade and strategic location. Visit as many archaeological sites as you can, including the Philae temple complex; which is close to the Aswan dam. Make sure to stop by the 4th century B.C. columned Temple of Isis when touring the Philae ruin site. On Elephantine Island, you may locate the Temple of Khnum that dates back to the third dynasty next to the river. Plan a trip to Elnabatat’s Island as well, renowned as the island of plants, where Lord Kitchener built a magnificent botanical park in 1890.

4- Dive in the Red Sea

While you are enjoying your vacation in Egypt, you just cannot afford to skip out on taking part in a range of underwater activities in the Red Sea, either in Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, or any other Red Sea coastal cities.
