Orient Star Dahabiya Nile Boat 5 Days is a colonial-style hotel that was modeled after a genuine Dahabiya from the late 18th and early 19th centuries. The sundeck with partial shade is the focal point of this classic two-masted sailing vessel. On the other hand, it’s the ideal spot for relaxing in a wooden deck chair while observing the passing scenery. There are four cabins, one suite, a lovely sitting space, and a salon down below. A small library with literature about the Nile and Egypt is located in the comfortable salon. It’s the ideal environment to unwind with its cozy sofas. In addition, enjoy a Turkish coffee while exchanging tales, exchanging experiences, reading a book, or playing a game of backgammon.

Start Orient Dahabiya Nile Cruise Tour
Boarding the Dahabiya for a 4-night journey between Esna and Aswan along the Nile.
Visit the temple ruins and some of the tombs carved into the cliffs at El Kab, the old Nekheb village.
Set out for a tiny island where the boat would spend the night anchored.
Dinner will be provided either on the Dahabiya or along the serene Nile banks.
First night on the ship.

Day 2
Edfu Temple
Edfu City
Visit the Horus temple in Edfu, which is the best preserved of all the Egyptian temples.
You will stop a few times taking you to little settlements and the desert setting sail towards a small island where the boat will moor for the night.
Dinner will be provided either on the Dahabiya or along the serene Nile banks.
The second night on the boat.

Day 3
Visit Gabel El-Silsila
Sailing Nile Cruise
After having your lovely breakfast on your Dahabiya Nile cruise, explore the historic sandstone quarries and rock-cut chapels of Horemheb, Seti I, Ramesses II, and Merenptah by sailing to visit Gebel el Silsila.
The Haroeris and Sobek twin temple in Kom Ombo is reached by continuing up the Nile.
Set course for Maniha Island, where the Dahabiya will spend the night anchored.
Dinner will be provided either on the Dahabiya or along the serene Nile banks.
Third night aboard the Ship.

Day 4
Visit Nubian Village
Sail to Daraw
Start a lovely authentic Egyptian breakfast on board, then go on a walking tour of the town to see the local markets. Draw used to be the last station on the renowned, 5-day desert road that connected Sudan and Egypt.
The voyage carries on to the nearby Nubian town of El Koubania.
