Day 1

Check in

Aswan day

Tower Prestige Nile Cruise will begin once you arrive in Aswan. Allow plenty of time to get to the start of your journey. After checking in and boarding, you'll have some free time. At 1:00 p.m., the ship serves a delicious Lunch.

Then go to Aswan's High Dam to see the magnificent Temple of Philae and the Incomplete Obelisk. After your expedition, return to the boat and relax before Dinner.

Finally, a Nile river cruise will begin your tour in Aswan.
Day 2

Abu Simbel

Day trip to Abu Simbel

Pick up your brunch package from Tower Prestige Nile Cruise this morning. Our Egyptologist and driver will take you to the city and temples of Abu Simbel, where you will view the Ramses II and Queen Nefertari Temples.

Begin your tour of the Abu Simbel Temples at the Ramses II Temple when you arrive. Enjoy your Egyptologist's fascinating stories and facts about this gorgeous temple, such as how the Sun rises on King Ramses II Statue's forehead every year on his birth and crowning anniversaries!

Visit the Temple of Queen Nefertari, the world's oldest queen, who had her loyal King construct a temple for her.

Return to our own vehicle and set out on our return journey to Aswan.

Take a break for lunch when you arrive at your Nile Cruise. After lunch, board the cruise ship and take the sail down the Nile River Valley.

Arrive in Kom Ombo before sunset for a quick visit to Kom Ombo Temple, where your tour guide will give you a rundown of the Crocodile Mummies before whisking you away to your boat.

After breakfast, then you'll meet your tour guide and driver for the start of your adventure.

Comfortable Trip to Egypt

We were so spoilt on our trip! The team looked after us very well! They made sure our kids were well taken care of! Our tour guide, Amal, was a blessing and our boys loved spending time with her! After receiving very poor service from Viator, and getting a refund from them, we switched to “Egypt United Tours”, really happy we did! We were able to change our tour to suit our needs and budget. Amazing trip of a lifetime to Egypt

We opted to choose a customised 8 day tour of Egypt, including The Giza Pyramids, Egyptian museum, Cairo Tower, Saqqara and Memphis, followed by a delightful tour of Aswan and Abu Simbel. We were fortunate to have an amazing cruise down the Nile, where we took the views in a relaxed pace. Our cruise took us to Luxor and again we were off to discover more incredible tours of Karnak temples, Valley of the Kings and Queens and much, much more. Our guide Amr Mansy was an outstanding guide. His knowledge of Egyptian history and architecture was boundless. All the team made us feel very comfortable and ensured we kept in touch if we needed to ask any questions about timings and meeting points. Our flights were changed at short notice due to the flight company, and Egypt United tour services managed to rearrange everything to fit in our requirements at short notice. It really was a trip of a lifetime, we would very much recommend this company and hope to travel with them again in the future. My only wish is that I can learn Arabic to emerse ourselves into the experience fully.

Wonderful Trip!!

We took a private 8-day trip, including a Nile Cruise, with UTS, and it was wonderful. Right from planning to execution, everything was handled very efficiently. We did go back and forth multiple times and asked numerous questions that were promptly handled by Abdelrahman and Hamad. Once in Egypt, we were taken care of from the minute we landed to the minute we left and did not have to figure anything out for ourselves. Everything was taken care of for us by the team at UTS. Special shoutout to Hamad for arranging a complimentary dinner at a rooftop overlooking the pyramids for my parents' anniversary and for wonderful parting gifts. On our return from Luxor to Cairo, our flight got considerably delayed, and they provided us with complimentary use of the hotel for a few hours, which was much appreciated. They were also flexible to add/delete places from our itinerary as needed. Also, a huge shoutout to our egyptologist Ahmed Nashaat for not only teaching us so much about Egyptian history and culture but also taking care of us throughout the trip. If anyone is planning a trip to Egypt, go with Egypt United Tours, and you won't regret it. (Note for planning: if booking a cruise, ship timings are subject to change last minute & UTS has no control over this... be prepared for 4:45/5:00 am sightseeings. An extra night in Luxor after the cruise would have been great. Also, please be aware that many places in Egypt are not senior friendly, and there are lots of stairs involved. Getting onto a boat en route to the Nubian village was one such adventure invloving a very narrow path and unsteady wooden planks. Again, it's not the fault of the tour company. Just let them know ahead of time if you need special accommodations) Kudos to Ahmed Nashaat for helping keep my parents safe at each such juncture. Nashaat also helped get personalized cartouches made for us, which we absolutely loved!! Thanks to Abdelrahman for a quick city tour around Tahrir Square the day we left Cairo. We were able to see modern Cairo and appreciate how locals live today. Again, the team at Egypt United Tours went above and beyond to take care of us as family, and we would absolutely recommend them to all our friends.

Wadi El Hitan and Valley of the Whales Tour

Toured Wadi El Hitan, the Valley of the Whales. Had a great guide and driver. The museum and fossils were very interesting, then we had 4 wheeling over the sand dunes in the desert, which was a blast. It was a great way to spend the day and I would highly recommend it.
