Thursday - Check-in

A tour of the East Bank and check-in

Your Nile Goddess Nile Cruise will begin once you arrive in Luxor. Arrive at your destination with plenty of time. You will have some free time after boarding and checking in. The ship offers a great supper around 1:00 p.m.

After lunch, travel to Luxor's East Bank with the rest of your tour group to view the spectacular Luxor Temple and the massive Karnak Temple complex, two of the world's most important ancient ruins. This city was once a temple-filled metropolis with a 2,000-year history.

After your tour, return to the ship for afternoon tea and a spectacular Folkloric Show. Later in the evening, dinner is served.

Friday - Luxor City tour

Luxor, the West Bank

Enjoy a great breakfast aboard of Nile Goddess Nile Cruise while soaking up the fresh Nile breeze. Your Egyptologist brings you to Luxor's west bank in an air-conditioned private vehicle. According to Egyptian mythology, it is the pharaohs' afterlife world, where they roam as would-be gods through the pharaonic subterranean tunnels that lead to The Valley of the Kings.

Then a beautiful temple appears in the center of a mountain. Hatshepsut Temple is dedicated to Hatshepsut, Egypt's greatest king. As you return to the boat, The Colossi of Memnon, two pharaonic giants, appear miraculously.

Before boarding the cruise ship and going through Esna Lock, you'll be treated to a spectacular meal.

Stop for afternoon tea on the way to Edfu.
Finally, enjoy wonderful meals while cruising towards Edfu on your cruise ship.

Saturday - Sailing to Edfu

Cruise on the Nile

An unexpected encounter kicks off our journey. First and foremost, savour the cruise ship breakfast. Your Egyptologist will then drive you to Edfu Temple, Horus's home. Because of its excellent preservation, the temple appears to have been recently completed.

Then have a look at the colorful memorials to historical events. Your Egyptologist will next take you to your Nile Goddess Nile Cruise, where you will end your fantastic voyage to Kom Ombo.

After that, float down the Nile while seeing the beautiful meadows of the Nile River Valley. While sailing to Aswan, take advantage of your cruise's lavish lunch and afternoon tea.

Then spend the night on a cruise ship near Aswan, Egypt, where you will celebrate Galabia's birthday with a sumptuous feast.

You can also enjoy a free walking tour of Aswan's streets, which will impress you with its unique ambiance.

At the end of your excursion, dinner will be served.

Sunday - Aswan City

Sightseeing in Aswan

Start your day tour in Aswan, a beautiful city surrounded by natural beauty. After a sumptuous breakfast on board of  Nile Goddess Nile Cruise your Egyptologist will take you to The High Dam, a colossal construction project that is regarded as one of the twentieth century's biggest mysteries. From this vantage point, you can view Nasser Lake, the world's largest man-made lake.

You and Osiris will then travel to Isis' home, The Philae Temple. Your Egyptologist will take you by water taxi to Philae Temple to see the Nubians for the first time.

After that, unwind and enjoy your Nile Cruise lunch.

Then spend the night on a cruise ship near Aswan, Egypt, where you will feast lavishly on Galabia's birthday.

A free walking tour of Aswan's streets is also available, which will wow you with its unique ambiance.

Dinner will be served at the conclusion of your journey.

Monday - Aswan City and sailing to Kom Ombo

Breakfast is provided by the cruise ship in Aswan. Then you'll be directed to this pharaonic engineering area, where the pharaohs' lines on The Unfinished Obelisk might still be visible, posing a pharaonic architectural issue. It is the largest in terms of volume.

The Spicy Market in Aswan and its surroundings are open to visitors. Enjoy a delectable lunch after a relaxing tour of Kom Ombo.

Finally, spend a romantic evening on board of Nile Goddess Nile Cruise listening to Nubian music and dining on Nubian cuisine.

Tuesday - Kom Ombo Temple

Trip to Kom Ombo

Investigate the medical artefacts in Sobek's palace to learn more about the first pharaonic hospital and how Ancient Egyptians handled injuries. Kom Ombo Temple is the name of the temple. First, have a great breakfast on the deck of Nile Goddess Nile Cruise.

Following that, your Egyptologist will take you to Kom Ombo Temple. Then board a boat to Edfu for a delicious dinner. Afternoon tea is included in the leisurely trip to Luxor.

Finally, onboard your cruise ship, enjoy a delectable supper and galabia celebration. Relax in your spacious cabins as the cruise ship docks in Luxor for the night.

Wednesday - Luxor Day

The allure of West Luxor seduces you once more. On a cruise ship, breakfast is quite important. At Luxor's Theban Necropolis, learn how Ramses II erected his gigantic memorial temple, which is crammed with massive statues and spectacular pharaonic architecture, to outlast millions of years.

The city develops into a full-fledged pharaonic metropolis with Egyptian-style streets, common commodities, and ancient Egyptian monuments. Throughout your Egypt journey, you'll discover about royal tomb laborers, marvel builders, and classic pharaonic archaeological items with amazing artistry. The town's name is Deir el-Medina.

Nearby lies the magnificent Habu Temple. Your Egyptologist will accompany you on Nile Goddess Nile Cruise after a great dinner.

Take a free walking tour of Luxor's streets and bazaars after that.

Finally, there will be a Nile night cruise with food and entertainment. Unwind and relax in your cabin this evening.

Thursday - Check-out

Check out

Before disembarking, board the cruise ship for a sumptuous brunch. The Nobles Valley can then be explored with the guidance of your Egyptologist, depending on your flight/train timetable.

Finally, we'll take you to the Luxor railway station or Luxor Airport, where you'll join a domestic or international aircraft (according to your choice). We're excited to finish up your paperwork so you can depart in style, with wonderful memories of your seven-night Nile adventure.
