Amazing trip and amazing people

We found EGYPT UNITED TOURS on the internet. I am glad we did. From our first e-mail of inquiry to them, to our return home from Cairo on May 28th, everything went well. I have been in business myself, 29 years. Successful businesses and relationships are all about execution, service, honesty, service and integrity. EGYPT UNITED TOURS seems to possess all of these. Considering the fact we were able to stay at some of the best hotels in Egypt: the Marriott Mena House(Cairo), Isis Island hotel(Aswan), Movenpick Hotel(Sharm El Sheikh), Blue Shadow(Nile cruise) and Catherine Plaza Hotel(Mount Sinai) told me how hard these folks worked for us. The owners, the greeters, our guides and our drivers treated us with respect, kindness and created the absolute time of our lives. We can't wait to go back and experience Egypt again. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. They went that extra step to give us the most unbelievable experience we could dream about. They were not the cheapest quote we received, but they were worth every penny to enable us to touch, feel and experience the wonders of this great land called Egypt.

We actually purchased a 10-day Egypt tour package for Cairo, Giza, Luxor, Abu Simbel and Aswan. That was the best decision we could've ever made because we were able to experience so much! On the very 1st day there, we met with our Tour Guide, Ahmed Nashaat, and Agent, Mugha Maher. This was a pleasant surprise! Although we clearly had an itinerary, this personalized visit was so appreciated as I've never traveled so far. They were extremely kind, patient, organized and professional talking through our itinerary and answering all of our questions. Each day after was filled with us visiting the most awesome sites with meals included, which was so convenient. We even got to break bread with the owner Hamad at a lovely restaurant on the River. A true bonus!! For the next few days, we explored multiple Pyramids, the Great Sphinx, Temples and cruised the Nile from Luxor to Aswan on the Blue Shadow - that was fantastic! This wasn't everything!! The Blue Shadow crew threw a big birthday celebration for my husband! Bonus!! I can't imagine having done this without Ahmed. He really knows his stuff and shared so much history! We followed his lead and hung on to his every word. In the end, I feel we gained a friend for life! What a gem! ! Thank you for your hard work on our trip to Egypt, I must say it was great, my family and I had a wonderful time in Egypt.

I did a 7 Day tour to Cairo Egypt which included a 3 day cruise on the Nile River for my Birthday. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The owner Mr. Hamad and his team were top notch!! As a Solo Woman traveler I worry about going out of the country alone. Mr. Hamad, my tour guide Ahmed and the rest of the team took EVERY worry away. From the time I landed I was greated at the airport to every moment of the tour I was accompanied, I felt protected and respected. My luggage was lost on the flight in, Mr. Hamad offered to buy me new clothing with his own money. Although I didn't take him up on that offer i apprciated it greatly! My tour guy Ahmed was very accommodating willing to accommodate any places I did not want to tour.The hotel in Old Cairo i would give a 3 star just because it was a little outdated. But the cruise ship & the hotel in Luxor 5 stars all the way!! They truly made my birthday a memorable one and I would book them over and over again if I could for all my travels.
